OUR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Manufacturing is controlled by our manufacturing resource planning systems providing full visibility through the production process with fully detailed Bill of Materials and operation routings for each individual component
Our quality standards are maintained by following a dedicated quality plan for every job processed. The inspectors complete First Article Inspection Reports to gain approval and set ongoing quality requirements with the customer at the initial product approval stage. Quality is then maintained in production through first off control checks, in process monitoring and final release sign off.
Inspection includes dimensional, visual and functional review of the molded product and is supported by a range of measuring equipment that is calibrated regularly.
Standard measuring equipment includes micrometers, calipers, shadowgraph and specialized equipment. Bespoke inspection gauges are used when required to maintain product quality.
